Big Circuit to Villa Traful
A journey around extraordinary beautiful places, visiting Villa Traful up to Bariloche.

You start from Villa La Angostura along Siete Lagos Road (National Routes 231 and 234). After travelling 27 km., on the right-hand side, there’s a 28-kilometre deviation into Provincial Route Nº 65 towards Villa Traful, passing by Arrayan Port at the east side of Lake Traful, with an excellent beach to make a stop. 

Pared del Viento Lookout
Going on along this road, during the journey you can make a stop at Pared del Viento (Wind’s Wall) Lookout, from where you can have a panoramic sight of Lake Traful.
An interesting phenomenon of this lookout is that, because of its position, it receives the lake’s wind frontally, that climbs the giant rock wall at high speed. In windy days, if we throw away a coin, it will not fall into the lake, rather it will stop and start ascending and will pass over the persons who are at the lookout.  

Confluencia (Confluence) and Valle Encantado (Haunted Valley)
After driving 35 km. you arrive at Confluencia (Traful River and Limay River), where the Haunted Valley will offer you a sensational sight and you will discover rock formations like the God’s finger, the As de Basto (Basto Ace, Argentinean playing card), the Diligence, the Elephant and the Express Train, among other and Limay River with its navy blue and sulfate greens colours, snaking at the valley’s bottom among little islands.
You go on bordering Limay River along national route 237 up to Bariloche. You come back to Villa La Angostura taking national route 231.
